I'd like to collect your experiences for some research I'm doing and I'd appreciate very much if you'd be willing to share what has worked for you. See the scenario below and PLEASE comment.
Have you ever experienced success, and thought you had everything moving smoothly, only to have things fall apart? It wasn't until things fell apart that you realized you didn’t understand what REALLY drove your success as well as you thought you did? This is a common experience. It has happened to me and I'm sure to many of you.
Those who have grit will learn from the fire -- claw their way out of the ashes -- be refined by it, working even harder until they reach success once again. Those without grit will fall apart, cry foul and eventually give up and walk away from their dreams.

A) Verify what is driving their success?
B) Ensure their long term success and scalability?
